Iron Property Services provides quality construction, repair and maintenance services to property owners. We are your single point of contact to give you peace of mind when it comes to owning and maintaining property. Located in Lexington, MA, we are able to serve Middlesex and Essex Counties. We specialize in high-end residential, multi-family homes, and small commercial properties.
Our Story
Our company is owned and operated by Sergio Aureli. Since starting in the construction industry in 2014, Sergio has dedicated himself to learning every aspect of building construction and maintenance. This diverse experience equips him to holistically serve your property.
During his career in construction, Sergio has observed that many property owners and homeowners are left with the often confusing and frustrating task of finding their own service contractors or general contractors, and track their own maintenance cycles. Serving as a single point of contact, Iron Property Services will give you confidence that all your building’s needs are managed.
